Committed to making Uttar Pradesh Uttam Pradesh, the Yogi government has decided to set up Na Throw - Na Throw Triple R centers where waste materials such as clothes, books, toys, electrical and electronic equipment, machinery, etc. will be collected from the homes of people and distributed to the needy.

The initiative taken under the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0 is based on the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle and is part of the campaign Meri Life, Mera Swachh Shehar. The municipal corporations will operate them through various voluntary organizations, self-help groups, and other organizations. The list of selected 11 municipal corporations includes Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Meerut, Agra, Ghaziabad, Prayagraj, Aligarh, Bareilly, Moradabad, and Saharanpur.
