Grievance Redressal System Revamped

Important changes have been made to the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) portal under CM Yogi Adityanath. Now, only 10 complaints can be made from one mobile number in a month, compared to the earlier limit of 50 complaints. This amendment will help expedite the prompt disposal of complaints within the given time and prevent people from providing incorrect information. The amendment has been made after discussions and feedback from other districts. The monthly targets for reference feeding in the DM, Police Commissioner, and SSP offices will be declared in advance now. The process of special closure has also been changed for improved redressal.
